We had fun with our pets on Friday.

I took a baby dog with my aunty. The dog hardly did anything. We picked her up over the hurdles. Zoe

Pancake Day!

Today we made pancakes and pikelets because we were learning about the letter 'P'.



We... mixed the pancakes...








Stirred the pancakes...






Popped them in the pan.











We fried the pancakes...









Turned the pancakes...














And ate them topped with jam!

Our Fabric Learning

We are learning about Fabric.

These are different kinds of wool fabrics.- Tommy
The animal fibres are mixed together to make clothes.-Sean














We found pieces of fabric. Some was made from bark, some from cotton and some from flax.-Shona, Isaac and Keegan















We found some man made fabric. It is stretchy, sparkly and golden.-Marshall,Keeley, Maxwell and Conor.














We were looking for flax fibres.-Keeley












We found some long ones in the flax when we scraped it with a knife.-Shona

Jump Off Day

Yesterday we skipped to raise money for the Heart Foundation.
We skipped all afternoon, Phew!!!!!

First we shared our lunch. There was heaps of food. - Tarn


We had lunch with our house buddies. Cotterell's colour is yellow, Redwood is red, Landsdowne is green ,Hammond is blue and Westdale is black.- Keegan



We did warm-ups. We ran around our heart shaped ropes. - Shona


We did a power skipping game. We jumped really fast and three people lasted the longest. - Isaac


People showed what they could do. We sat in a square and watched them. - Sam

Athletics Day

Even though athletics was last week we wanted you to see that we had been training hard and what great runners we were.

The boys are off to a flying start!


The girls are right behind them.

Summer and Santana are trying really hard to catch up to Zoe.
